1. Agreement
By creating an account or using PullPrize, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the site, your account, your balances, and every pack you open.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use PullPrize.
You are responsible for ensuring that using this platform is legal where you are. If it is not, do not use it. We may use network location and identity information to check whether registration, promotions, deposits, play, or withdrawals are available where you are.
3. Your account
You may hold one active account and each person may use a promotion only as often as its stated rules allow. Keep your login details secret — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Shared households and networks are permitted, but we may ask each player to verify that they are a different eligible person. An IP address, location, or device match alone does not prove that accounts belong to the same person.
Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not create accounts for another person or change emails, phones, devices, payment methods, wallet addresses, or networks to repeat a promotion.
4. Deposits, balance & playthrough
Your balance is funded by confirmed deposits, prizes, rewards, and transfers. Balances are held to let you play and to pay out winnings. They are not a bank deposit, earn no interest, and are not insured.
Wins from free level packs and tips you receive are restricted promotional funds. They remain part of your total balance and can be used to play, but cannot be withdrawn or tipped to another player until their displayed playthrough is complete.
Each restricted credit carries the playthrough multiplier and target disclosed when it is credited. The launch setting is 1×, so qualifying wagers equal the original restricted credit once. Settings changes apply only to future credits and never rewrite an existing target. Real paid pack and case openings, Climb, Heist, Deals, and Battles count. Free packs, free opens, demo activity, deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and tips sent do not count. Winnings do not increase the original target.
The restricted-funded portion of a wager advances its playthrough but does not generate XP, rakeback, streak claims, race or raffle progress, or another free reward. When a wager combines restricted and unrestricted funds, only the restricted-funded portion is excluded from reward progress.
Only the restricted portion is locked. Deposited and other unrestricted funds remain withdrawable or available to tip, subject to the normal verification, minimum, security, and account checks. Your Wallet shows total, restricted, withdrawable, and current progress before you act.
5. Opening packs
The price of a pack is shown before you open it. Opening a pack is a purchase: you may receive an item worth more or less than the price you paid.
Every outcome is decided at the moment you open by our provably-fair system, is final, and is recorded to your history. Outcomes cannot be reversed.
6. Prizes, cash-out & shipping
When you win an item you can keep it in your inventory, sell it back to your cash balance at its listed value, or — where shipping is offered — request the physical product.
Withdrawals can be requested only from the amount marked “Withdrawable now.” Restricted funds stay in your balance until their playthrough finishes; a small restricted credit does not lock the rest of your balance.
Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. You are responsible for giving a correct address on the right network; payments sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated or unfair means to play. Do not attempt to manipulate outcomes, balances, or the provably-fair system.
Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, self-referral, promotion cycling, or any unlawful purpose, and do not open multiple accounts or initiate chargebacks on funded deposits.
8. Suspension & termination
We may challenge or temporarily hold a promotion while we review linked-account or eligibility signals. A network, device, VPN, or location match alone will not automatically close an account or confiscate funds. Promotional holds do not lock unrelated deposited funds.
We may deny a repeated promotion, suspend, limit, merge, or close an account that breaks these Terms, shows confirmed fraud or evasion, or that we are required to act on. Where lawful and fair, genuine remaining balances are returned. You may ask Support to review or appeal a promotion decision.
9. Disclaimers & liability
PullPrize is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount of your affected balance.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date below; continuing to use the platform means you accept the current version.
