We ship to most of the world, but some items can’t legally be delivered to some countries. The cash-out option is always there as the fallback.
From win to doorstep
- Claim it from your inventory. Choose “Ship it” on any physical prize you’ve won (or convert it to balance at any time before it dispatches).
- We source and authenticate. The item is procured from a verified supplier and checked before it leaves — watches, sneakers, tech and collectibles are verified as genuine.
- Insured, tracked dispatch. You get a tracking number the moment it ships. Standard delivery runs 8–12 weeks depending on the item and your region.
- If an item is unavailable, you’ll be offered the full listed cash value, credited instantly — never a lesser substitute without your say-so.
Mock-ups, models & illustrative prizes
Some of the artwork inside cases is illustrative. Big-ticket prizes in particular — houses, mansions, villas, building plots, interior packages, garages and similar property or experience prizes — are shown as mock-up models and concept renders, not photographs of a specific deliverable unit.
Where a pictured prize is a mock-up or can’t be delivered exactly as shown, it is fulfilled as its full listed cash value, credited to your balance instantly — or, where available, an equivalent product of the same value. The listed value is what you win; the image shows what that value represents.
Countries, customs & costs
Shipping may not be available to every country. Import laws, carrier coverage and trade restrictions mean some items can’t be delivered to some destinations. If we can’t ship a prize to you, you keep its full value — cash it out instantly, or spend it on anything else on the site.
Some destinations carry costs on your side. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, mandatory transit insurance, or local last-mile shipping fees may need to be paid by you before the carrier releases the item. We’ll always tell you before dispatch if your delivery involves recipient-side costs — nothing ships until you’ve agreed to them.
